IPS E.max Press (Lithium Disilicate) 400 Mpa Strength!!!!
IPS e.max® System – all you need
IPS e.max Press is a lithium disilicate glass- ceramic ingot for the PRESS technology. The production process creates absolutely homogeneous
ingots in different translucency levels. These ingots feature a strength of 400 MPa and are thus the pressed ceramic ingots with the highest strength. They are pressed in Ivoclar Vivadent press furnaces to produce restorations with out- standing accuracy of fit. The pressed, tooth-coloured, highly esthetic restorations are stained and/or veneered with IPS e.max Ceram and glazed.

I like that this one's natural-looking. Its shade matches very well to teeth and gums. Thanks for posting about this!

I love the Pressed HtBl1 crowns...very nice job!
Are they full press without cut back and adding incisal..?
Hi Theo
I pressed a LtB1 to full contour and then just cut back the incisal third of crown to layer the effects in!!!!
What I love about Emax ...is how easy it is to get a great result!!!
Hi Bil,
Thanks for your reply. I think you replied on the LTB1 but i was curious about the HtBl1...
Looking forward to your reaction and have a good day!
With kind regards,
Theo
Hi Theo
Sorry
That case I pressed HT BL1
I only layered the 4 anterior units
I only cut back very slightly the incisal third( leaving contacts intact)
EO violet and SI yellow for internals
I used the EO4 incisal instead of BL1 incisal( slight more white to it) to finish the build-up!
Thanks very much for the info Bil...I like your work very much!
Take care!
Greetings,
Theo
