    YouTube Video

This is a guide on how to fabricate a Upper and Lower Implant Retained Hybrid Dentures

    NobelReplace implants are used

10 Regular Platform(4.3 Interface) Yellow coded

2 Wide Platform(5.0 Interface) Blue coded

Impressions taken and Implant Replicas inserted

Since these units will be splinted ,it is of utmost importance that Non-Engaging Components are used!

     Model fabrication completed

As previously mentioned Non-Engaging components are used to fabricate these Hybrid Dentures

GoldAdapt Abutments with burnout sleeves are placed on model and stone(Tissue) is trimmed away to allow Abutments to seat passively!

This is 2mm Light Curing Wax Wire from Liwa

Wax wire is twisted to form this result below

Once casted in metal this will design will be unbelievably strong and provide retention for the Acrylic to adhere to

thank's a lot for this upload about hybrid dentures. It whas very interesting. I understood all but the part about the wax blue cord: What's the pourpose of "light curing paste modelling blue?...I see you cut the wax cord in the middle...I suppose because you want to weld both parts after melting and casting to avoid distortion right?
why do you use the nitro-vacuum? thanks a lot, Mario.

Very helpful. Thanks a lot for sharing! I will apply the techniques you shared here.
